You will receive an individual QR code for each of your locations or business premises.
You place this code at the entrance, on every table and at every control station. The data acquisition is done via web app – no software needs to be installed. For smartphones without QR code readers, there is an alternative web link.

Data acquisition via smartphone
Your customers will be redirected to a simple data entry form. After entering their contact details and confirming the privacy policy, they will be checked in directly with location and time information. Your employees check in on the customers’ confirmation screen.

Data request by authorities
If authorities request customer data for contact tracking, you can always get an encrypted list at the touch of a button. We will send you the password for opening the file to the email address you have provided. In your dashboard, you are entitled to an anonymised list of checked-in customers at any time.
100% compliant with GDPR
The data of your customers will be securely stored on German servers using state-of-the-art encryption technology. In your personal dashboard, we have a free “Agreement on Order Processing” (AVV), which you can download at any time. We also provide you with a documentation of the data processing for the inquiry by data protection officers and/or customers.
You can adjust the deletion period for customer data valid for your company in the dashboard, as these vary regionally or industry-specifically. After the deadline has expired, the data will be digitally shredded daily.
